The Appointment of two transaction advisors to support the Department with the evaluation of RFP bids, negotiation and possible conclusion of a public private partnership agreement for redevelopment of 5 (five) identified land ports of entry for a period of three (3) years, in accordance with Treasury Regulation 16 of the Public Finance Management Act and applicable PPP Legislation.
