pre-qualification of the original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) for the design, detailed engineering, manufacturing, testing at supplier’s factory, supply, delivery, offloading, installation, testing and commissioning of class 1 power transformers at various Distribution sites for a period of two (2) years on an as and when required basis.
