Fuel forwarding EGD and VSD Pumps form part of the balance of plant of Gourikwa and Ankerlig respectively. They form part of the Fuel delivering system and when not available or a failure occurs on these pumps it can lead to unit shutdown or unavailability of All units for electricity generation. The motors are used to drive the VSD and EDG Pumps at Ankerlig and Gourikwa Power Stations
