The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite potential bidders to submit proposals for the leasing of office space for the Productivity SA Cape Town Branch office. Productivity SA seeks to lease office space within 10-kilometer radius of the current Productivity SA offices (Office 202, Edward III Building, 70 Edward Street, Tyger Valley). The office space should be located to the north of the N1 freeway, between Platte Kloof and Cape Gate, including areas such as Platte Kloof, Tyger valley, Tyger Falls, Durbanville, Kentridge, De Bron, Brackenfell North (north of the N1 freeway), and Cape Gate. The required space should be approximately 250m² to 300m². The lease agreement will be for a period of five (5) years, anticipated to commence on 01 December 2026.
